All our oil, after processing, is immediately filtered and placed in silos with a nitrogen head.
When ordering, the requested oil is first analyzed by our analysis tool which analyzes acidity, peroxides, polyphenols and vitamin E and at the same time they are analyzed in accredited laboratories and by a panel test.
Finally, the oil is packaged in dark green bottles to prevent "photo-oxidation", capped, sealed and labeled in the company premises where, thanks to the constant temperature of about 10°-15° C, it does not undergo sudden changes in temperature which could affect its organoleptic qualities.
At the end of this last process the product is finally ready to be marketed and consumed.
